This company offers personalized, smart Multivitamin supplements tailored to each specific customer, based on DNA and blood tests. This subscription based company had reached great results with influencer and organic efforts. But they hit a ceiling and were struggling to scale any further, and revenue began to go down.
We traced a strategic marketing plan that would envolve a deep analysis of all the current customer data, traffic, and company's asset, in order to know what would bring the most profit, in the fastest time possible, while still establishing a consistent and predictable sales system. We focused on creating a paid advertisement machine that would hit the right customers, at the right time, with the right messaging and offer. With successful return on investment, more money we invested on advertisement, the more was injected into it.
